China's Quest

One might think that this article is perfectly late but I would say it's perfectly on time. From the last 15 years China was somehow trying to show show its presence to the world let it be Economically, Diplomatically or even Militarily. So let's go a few months back, in December 2018, China celebrated its 40th year of reform. What type of reform one might ask. Basically, 40 years ago Chinese economy opened up to the rest of the world which eventually turned China into a global powerhouse and as of now it is second in GDP only to The US. One Nation One Election

India is world's largest Democracy and we are proud of it. But maintaining Democracy is a tiring and difficult task. Maintaining Democracy Comes at a cost. And In case of India, it's Huge! On the basis of a report from Election Commission we came to know that more than 3870 Crore Rupees were spent in General Elections of year 2014. And this amount doesn't account money spent on security, transport, and other expenses. A report by New Delhi based Centre for media Studies estimated that in 2019 Genral Elections, all Political Parties of India spent a hefty 50,000 Crore Rupees! Money isn't the only thing, Time is also consumed in all this. In a nutshell, we keep pressing buttons and electing our leaders and time keeps flying. One Nation One Election will end this race.
